During the past 24 hours, solar activity was moderate. Ten active sunspot regions were on the visible disk with one M-class flare produced. Due to the continuous effect of the CME, the solar wind speed reached a peak of about 540 km/s. The geomagnetic field reached minor strom levels for 3 hours and active levels for 9 hours.
